Build a life worth living.

We offer compassionate and customized mental health care from the comfort of your home.

Our approach

I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and emotional dysregulation. My approach is compassionate and inquisitive, creating a safe, supportive space where we can explore feelings of stuckness, disconnection, overwhelm, or stress.

Welcome! I’m Jenny and I take an integrative and holistic approach, focusing on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I specialize in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy with mindfulness-based techniques, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, and have experience working in hospital-based settings.

Life can be complicated, and I believe therapy provides the opportunity to uncover the ways we've adapted to challenges, while simultaneously learning new strategies for responding in healthier, more effective ways. Through this, we'll work together to develop tools for managing life's difficulties.

My goal is to help you build greater resilience, confidence, and a deeper sense of self, so you can navigate life's complexities and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

Providing you with a safe space to explore

Therapy can be intimidating and my goal is to provide a space for you to help you take the next step into a deeper exploration of your patterns, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

“It is hard to be happy without a life worth living. Of course, all lives are worth living in reality. No life is not worth living. But what is important is that you experience your life as worth living— one that is satisfying, and one that brings happiness.”
